Diane chairs the Board of Trustees at the Irvine Public Schools Foundation (IPSF) — the foundation behind one of California's top-performing public school districts. IPSF underwrites enrichment programs across 45 schools serving more than 38,000 PreK–12 students, and stewards three signature fundraising events that anchor Orange County's civic philanthropy calendar.
IPSF's mission, in its own words: "to enrich the educational experience of each child in every school." It pursues that mission with a portfolio that spans afterschool programs, summer camps, instrument rentals, classroom innovation grants, and a $200,000 AI expansion grant supporting the Irvine Unified School District in 2026.
Diane's chairmanship focuses on governance, major-gift strategy and the communications that bind donor, district and community. The work is one part stewardship of a $4M+ annual giving program, one part design of the three signature events that put that giving in front of Orange County's civic leadership each year.
